Omg. They wouldn't even let me use a damn pen.. I had to go back to my car for a freakn pen. Then they cried about tape.. Ain't you the post office. People paying to ship. And staples and making someone buy tape or a freaking lecture about be prepared. They need to start firing these comfortable ass workers with all this job support and get some willing workers.
I have never had a problem with this post office.
SERVICE IS TERRIBLE I HAD TO PAY $25 FOR A MAIL HOLD THAT NEVER HAPPENED. WHEN YOU GO INTO THE BRANCH TO GET MAIL THEY TELL YOU IT IS NOT THERE WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING. NO INCENTIVE TO HELP CUSTOMERS. THE ATTITUDE SEEMS TO BE THAT THEY KNOW I HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO BE THERE SO TOUGH LUCK.IF I COULD GET ALL MY MAIL DELIVERED THROUGH UPS OR FED EX I WOULD GLADLY PAY TO AVOID THAT PLACE ALL TOGETHER. SERIOUS REGRETS HAVING A P.O. BOX IN THAT LOCATION.
Our regular mail carrier is one of the best (though he says he spoils us), but anytime he has a substitute driver delivering packages they show no care about the safety of the packages, particularly around the holidays; they set them right in the middle of doorways, clear as day for a package thief.
Absolutely horrible phone and in person service. Very rude employees and completely unprofessional behaviour. Called to ask them if they deliver on Sundays and all I got was "I don't know, check online". This place should fire all it's employees and start with new ones. If you see your package ended up here, prepare for delays and a ton of BS.
