Terrible service. Woman who aswered the phone would be fired if I was managing the shop. What a C (word)! Wake up Management!
I have been ordering from the wrong people (Papa John’s on Addison Rd). This Domino’s Pizza is fresh, comes piping hot in the box, and just looks amazing! I will definitely order from them again.
Also, when delivering large orders of 3 or more pizzas with sides and drinks, the driver does not get out of the car and the items are not in bags to make transporting from the car port into the house easy.
Just ordered from them. Brought the wrong sodas. Did not put the sauce on oven baked sandwiches and burnt them. Did not bring the marinara sauce for the stuffed cheesy BREAD. Also forgot to bring the extra sauce that I paid for. Always disappointed and upset after my purchase with them.
By far the worst pizza place in the entirety of the DMV. There's always something wrong with this place, don't know why it's even still open. They charge you for extra sauce and rarely bring it.
The women who takes orders is horrible - her personality is snake like, her demeanor is " i dont give a muck about you or your order, i hate my job and im a miserable human being, here take some misery with you i have plenty more where that came from.
And why does cancelling my order result in me waiting 5 business days for a refund? You didn't even start making it... Just shut this crappy domino's down. The pizza is good but this location is a disaster.
