This place doesn't stand behind the name Q's quality used cars a joke.The owner smile laughing in your face then stab you.BROUGHT Cash around the blue book he portends he giving us a hell of a deal the oil light was on he says its a sensor so i say ok we buy it come to find out its a 356.oo to fix its the oil pump thats the first day. I took that because i knew the light was on,so we get it home now it wont start so he said its the battery so we change the battery now the gauges go out on the dash so quality used cars no no no I went back tried to talk to him to see if he would meet me somewhere in the middle he said no a deal is a deal so just beware I been in bussiness for 23 years if a customer is unhappy you fix the problem not tell the customer it's a old car and it has to have problem buyer beware
The experience I've had with this dealership has been absolutely great. Definitely will recommend them to anyone. I just financed my car from Q's Quality Cars about a week ago and from the moment I sat down to discuss getting a car to even after driving off the lot I was well taken care of. Most dealerships I've came across was more interested in my money and getting me into any car they had around but with this dealership i was able to into something I can stylishly afford and definitely reliable for my family and I. Mr. Q stands behind what he advertise "Quality", not just in his cars but in his dealership overall!

Since the car was purchased less than a month ago it has been nothing but trouble, and dear old Q could do nothing to help me. He forced me into a vehicle that I could not afford, and then told me that’s what he did because he wouldn’t make profits off any other vehicle. He sold me a vehicle that has had issue after issue, with him insisting that I pay for the troubles. I now have a check engine light on and can’t even get the vehicle register in my state. I can scream to you to stay away from this place. If the devil was human it would be him and the dealership would be his trolling grounds.
Gets behind in processing your paper work but eventually get you done. Professional service.
